Final Review: sase_overview.png

Outcome

The redesigned hero is suitable for the repository README and documentation homepage. It replaces the former light, dense architecture diagram with a concise dark banner that matches the ACE demo GIFs and tells the intended five-beat story: one developer, one prompt, parallel agents, durable state, and reviewable outcomes.

Accuracy Review

The final deterministic labels match the current product model:

  1. ACE TUI is the interactive control surface and AXE is the scheduled/background surface.
  2. Prompt, XPrompt, and Workflow are grouped as reusable inputs rather than peer runtime modules.
  3. The three isolated workspace cards contain the current labels Claude Code, Codex, and Antigravity CLI.
  4. Durable state is represented separately from runtime coordination as ChangeSpecs, Beads, Commits, and Artifacts.
  5. The outcome rail names Reviewed PRs, Tracked runs, and Scheduled work.

The diagram intentionally omits the previous planner-handoff sub-diagram, plugin boundary strip, comments node, and footer sentence. Those details remain in the architecture documentation; removing them keeps the hero readable at README width.

Visual Review

The 1672×941 PNG was inspected at full resolution and after resizing to 830 pixels wide for:

  • exact spelling and readable hierarchy across every deterministic label;
  • uncropped panels, icons, lines, and arrowheads;
  • clear fan-out from one prompt to three workspaces;
  • a durable-state rail that feeds the shared outcome spine;
  • strong contrast against the near-black slate background;
  • consistent use of ACE teal, light blue, coral, amber, and green accents; and
  • absence of model-generated text, pseudo-text, logos, fake screenshots, gradients, and watermarks.

Resolved Problems From The Previous Asset

  • Replaced the stale Gemini CLI workspace label with Antigravity CLI.
  • Reduced the architecture story to the five beats needed by a landing-page hero.
  • Removed the planner-handoff, plugin-boundary, and footer-detail density.
  • Shifted from a light documentation diagram to a dark terminal-inspired banner that visually matches the demo GIFs.
  • Increased title and primary-label hierarchy for legibility at the README's 830-pixel display width.
  • Added deterministic DejaVu Sans labels over a text-free generated base.
